- If you use your Brewdini, once your tea has brewed, pour it into your mug and set to the side for a minute.
- Gently heat your milk and use a milk frother or a latte whisk to froth your milk - then pour it over your tea and make sure you get a lovely big dollop of foam on top!
- Now you can add a spoonful of honey (or vegan alternative) and give it a stir.
- Finish your latte with whipped cream, cocoa powder and a crumble of chocolate digestive biscuits.

SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT...
Today’s recipe is a little different! This tea we don’t fuss with much, we just love to brew it up! You can actually re-brew Oolong multiple times for a more rich flavour. There is a Chinese proverb used to describe the brewing process for oolong tea which goes as follows: 'The first brew is for your enemy, the second for your servant, the third for your wife, fourth for your mistress, the fifth for your business partner and the last you keep for yourself.” A little cheeky! But great to know for some fabulous tea trivia!
