Brighton Rock is our vibrant & refreshing homage to the colourful city by the seaside we’ve called home for over 10 years. Inspired by the iconic stick of rock candy, this blend will bring back memories of exploring the Laines & fun on the pier!
Starting out as an oolong blend, Brighton Rock has a brand new recipe transforming it into a delicious caffeine-free herbal infusion that brews pink. Brighton Store Manager Danii recommends enjoying our brand new Brighton Rock blend cold brewed in coconut milk for a sweet & creamy treat, or hot for a calming minty brew.
As one of our store blends 50% of all profits from sales of this blend will be distributed to our London stores chosen chariTEA Cats Protection.

"This is my favorite Bird & Blend tea and the reason I got hooked! I recommend brewing in oat/coconut milk, which tastes great hot or cold as a caffeine-free latte alternative. It brews hot pink and is both very minty and super sugary, just like the candy. The Brighton employees are also extremely friendly :)"

Did I receive a bad batch. . . ?
"I got this as part of my latest subscription box, and it's genuinely awful so all the positive reviews have left me wondering if I've somehow gotten a bad batch, whatever that could mean in the context of tea. I've tried everything I can think of to get it to taste of anything other than dirty water with zero success. I honestly cannot taste mint whatsoever, and everything else is just a very weak jumble (even when I make it using way more tea than I usually would). Very disappointing (especially after the company's very poor attempt to make up for the mistake they made with amother of this month's teas not being caffeine-free. . . )."

Not what I hoped
"Bit gutted by this one. It sounded right up my street - mint with just a hint of sweetness - so I ordered quite a large pouch without getting a trial pack. While I do get the slight sweetness, it doesn't taste very minty at all and my memories of seaside rock are of quite a big hit of mint. I don't really get much in the way of flavour at all but now I have a big pack to get through. I only have myself to blame - I should have ordered a small amount to test!"
