"I recently swapped coffee entirely to matcha because I was struggling with stress spikes, high cortisol feelings, afternoon exhaustion and poor sleep. My colleague Lisa recommended Bird & Blend’s Pure Grade Ceremonial Matcha because she wanted me to have a really nice first experience with matcha — and I’m so glad she did. 😊 It tastes smooth, gentle and much nicer than I expected. I’m really enjoying the ritual of making it, and it feels like a much kinder choice for my body. Very happy with it so far!"

Just peachy!

"I was gifted this and initially thought that fruity matcha wouldn’t have been my choice. Could not have been more wrong, I love this as an oat milk matcha latte, it feels so lovely and light to drink in the warmer weather (even though I like it hot!) and I’ve been melting in a couple of squares of white chocolate as an indulgent treat which just enhances the creaminess. Love it!"

Amazing bit of kit

"I absolutely LOVE this matcha whisl. The ladies in the shop in Notting hill were awesome - I was able to see how it worked and taste a selection of the matcha. My fave was the raspberry but I can't wait to get some more. I've used my whisk everyday for hot and iced matcha. I can't believe I no longer need to go and and buy matcha! This produces shop bought quality drinks."

Bought for the colour, kept for the convenience!

"When this product launched, I was super eager to spend £100 on a machine that just mixes my matcha for me. BUT I am a sucker for an aesthetic product, and I just couldn't say no to a lilac one. I used it for the first time, and I was hooked. I've made my way through more of my matcha collection in the last week than in the last year of hand-whisking. This machine is so easy to clean, remarkably quiet (like literally, you can barely hear it) and so fast! Its made my matcha by the time I've finished my skin care in the morning! Great for my matcha cravings, not so great for the purse strings and my now-dwindling matcha collection!"

strawberries better with cream and sugar?

"This match smells amazing and should definitely be tried if you tend to like the fruity flavours. However, I think it needs both a bit of milk and a bit of syrup to really highlight the flavour. I prefer my drinks without milk or extra sugar / syrup, but this matcha is not as nice as without as with. Definitely one for all of you who like a latte and a touch of sweet syrup!"

Expensive but worth the investment

"I recently parted ways with my Tassimo machine and wanted a healthier alternative and what better than Matcha? I am absolutely hopeless with a hand whisk so this wee machine is perfect and brews the perfect matcha every time. Its a lovely colour (I am a purple gal) and not chunky so barely takes up any room on your worktop. It is a bit pricey but absolutely worth the investment."

Tasty and heartwarming

"I make this with 1/2 almond milk and half water. It has a lovely hint of ginger so doesn't need sweetening, even though I have it quite strong (1 teaspoon per mug). Seems to be very high quality matcha and is nicer than just the plain ceremonial grade matcha."

Fab little product

"Absolutely amazing little product, makes perfect matcha everytime and is so quick and easy to use, great for mornings when you just need to grab and go. Comes with instructions on both hot and cold matcha so can be used to make either. Would also recommend the taster selection box if your new to matcha or want to try new flavours as it provides a decent range of flavours available. Mixer is a little on the expensive side but if you enjoy and make matcha often it's definitely a worthwhile product to add to your kitchen."

a new favourite

"this matcha isn’t as sweet as the strawberry, but has such a nice subtle peach aftertaste. I mix mine with a bit of agave syrup and i cannot get enough. it’s hard to limit myself to one glass a day! I don’t have a sieve for matcha, but i’ve found with this blend it doesn’t really matter. I’ve never had any issues with clumping. Can I just say, the foam!!!! i was not expecting it to foam up so beautifully, i hand-whisk and it always comes out so smooth. I’m so sad that i’ve finished my peaches pot, but excited to try more!"
