WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

METHOD 1:

  1. Add a Perfect Matcha Spoon of matcha into your cup.
  2. Add a splash of 80° water (do this by adding a splash of cold water first and then adding a splash of hot water). You need to whisk the matcha well to get rid of any lumps. The best way to do this is to use a Bamboo Matcha Whisk (which is also traditional way) but you can also use a battery powered Hand Held Milk & Matcha Frother instead.
  3. Take your banana and mash it with a fork or pop it in a blender to create a smoothy like consistency. Add this to your favourite glass and pop some ice on top. You may not need a whole banana, judge this based on the size of your glass and now much fruit you would like!
  4. When the matcha is smooth and there are no lumps, pour the matcha over the glass of ice and banana.
  5. Add a few drops of vanilla syrup (this part is optional) and fill up the rest of your glass with your milk and stir!
  6. Enjoy!

METHOD 2:

  1. First add 125ml of your chosen milk to your Matcha Latte Magic Whisk and press the power button.
  2. Sprinkle 1 Perfect Matcha Teaspoon or ½ tsp of banana matcha over your milk as it spins in your magic whisk. By gently sprinkling the matcha over the milk as it spins you can achieve the best results & avoids any clumping.
  3. After you have sprinkled in your matcha you can then add 1 teaspoon of your vanilla syrup (optional), then place the lid on top.
  4. While you are waiting for your whisk, take your banana and mash it with a fork or pop it in a blender to create a smooth consistency. Add this to your favourite glass and pop some ice on top. You may not need a whole banana, judge this based on the size of your glass and now much fruit you would like!
  5. Once your matcha in your magic whisk is ready pour on top of the ice & top up with 125ml of cold milk.
  6. All that is left is to enjoy!
