This recipe comes from Carey in our Brand TEAm, deliciously refreshing, & cooling, this mocktail is perfect for BBQs, dinner parties, or just a little treat sat in the garden!
New to this tea? Well it tastes like papaya, pineapple & passion fruit - try and say that five times fast!
It’s a gorgeous blend of tropical fruits that is sure to make you feel like you are on holiday. Bursting full of flavour, this mocktail is full of personality, combining this tea with some gorgeous fruity ingredients, it’s a must try!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 3 Perfect Tea Spoons of Cococabana Coola tea
- 150ml boiling water
- 2 wedges of orange
- ½ passion fruit
- A sprig of mint
- A cocktail shaker filled with ice
- 150ml sparkling water
WHAT TO DO:
- Start by making a tea concentrate. To do this, brew 3 Perfect Tea Spoons of Cococabana Coola tea in 150ml of boiling water for 4 mins. We use our Brewdini Gravity Steeper for perfect mess-free brewing.
- Add ice into your shaker, then strain the concentrate over the top of this.
- Squeeze your orange segments into the shaker, then pop the segments themselves in too.
- Scoop out the passionfruit seeds & add those too - save the shell for garnishing.
- Shake, shake, shake!
- Pour into a glass of your choice.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with the empty passionfruit shell & a sprig of mint then enjoy!
