What size is this tea tool?

Regular: 14cm L x 11cm W x 12cm D (9cm mug diameter or smaller).
Large: 18cm L x 13cm W x 14cm D (11.5cm mug diameter or smaller).

How do you clean this tea tool?

First you need to dismantle your Brewdini:

1. Take off the lid
2. Take out the filter
3. Pull the rubber seal off
4. Finally remove the base

You can wash it by hand with hot soapy water or you can put it in the dishwasher but we recommend hand washing the smaller parts so they do not get lost in the dishwasher.

How many tea spoons do you recommend using?

Regular: 1 teaspoon
Large: 2 teaspoons

However it is worth playing around and finding your own preference on strength.

What is this tea tool made out of?

This is one of our few products made from plastic but it is 100% BPA free and sturdy so should last you a good long time.

Breaks too easily

I bought one of these 3 months ago. I've been really pleased with it up until now, but yesterday it broke. Although I have been cleaning it according to the instruction video, the bottom broke when I removed it, and now it's unusable. It's a shame, because it really does make great tea.
