How to make a hot tea

  • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

    Step 1

    1 tsp

  • tea brewing temperature

    Step 2

    Boil water to 100°

  • tea brewing time

    Step 3

    Wait 2-4 mins

    With or without milk

How to cold brew tea

  • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

    Step 1

    Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

  • Add cold water

    Step 2

    Add 750ml cold water

  • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

    Step 3

    Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

  • Enjoy over ice.

    Step 4

    Pour over ice & enjoy!

Let me take you down

Bird and Blend seem to do strawberry teas particularly well, both this and Devon Cream are really enjoyable. Both teas are well named - Devon Cream is a creamier strawberry flavour (which I prefer just a little more over this one) and Strawberry Fields is a slightly grassier flavour.

I was looking for a replacement to Yorkshire Tea’s Jam & Toast. I found the strawberry, whilst aromatic and flavourful, too artificial tasting for me.
