    How to make a hot tea

    How to cold brew tea

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    "I was curious about this one and liked the idea, but as I drink a lot of tea and coffee on a regular basis I didn't expect it to actually caffeinate me or leave me any more alert than usual. Much to my surprise, I was wrong! I don't know if it's the yerba mate or what, but this perked me up for an all-night uni assignment scramble and I was still surprisingly awake even when I finally went to bed at 5am. Definitely my deadline companion for the rest of my academic career!"

    Tried it for the first time yesterday afternoon, and then I Had troubles falling asleep! Love the energy in this one! Ma question Is - Can you re-steep it?
    Hi Marija, Thanks for your question - we don't call it All Nighter for no reason! :) You can definitely re-steep at least once, you may just need to leave the leaves in a little longer to ensure the right flavour! Hope this helps! George @ B&B
    I'm interested to know why this is recommended to be brewed at 100 degrees. The main ingredient is green tea and you generally recommend 80 degrees for these teas.
    Hey Abby, Thank you for getting in touch, you raise a great point! All Nighter is predominantly a Mate tea blend. We use different colour labels to help identify which type of tea is the predominant base. Yellow Labels = Mate Tea! In this case, the proportion of Mate tea is higher than the proportion of Green tea present which is why we recommend brewing at 100 degrees. If you find this result isn't to your liking then you can absolutely adapt it to 80 degrees. We know everyone will have different personal preferences when it comes to how they like to enjoy their brew so we are happy if you are happy!
