I think it would be great if there was an option to buy gift cards in store and to be able use gift cards in store and on line"

    Excessive postage charges

    "Called into shop with gift voucher but staff refused to use it , stating only able to be spend online. This means the £10 gift from my daughter is now only worth £6. 05 as they charge £3. 95 postage and there’s not much you can purchase for this price! Also they don’t take cash in shop. Will not be returning."

    I’d like to purchase this for a friend but she doesn’t shop online. Can I print the e gift card for her to use physically in store? Thanks!

    Can we order a gift card with a specific amount of our choice? I notice there are only three amounts displayed as options.
