    Herbal tea | Caffeine free | A fresh & minty stick of pink Brighton rock, now as a herbal infusion!

    Brighton Rock is our vibrant & refreshing homage to the colourful city by the seaside we’ve called home for over 10 years. Inspired by the iconic stick of rock candy, this blend will bring back memories of exploring the Laines & fun on the pier!

    Starting out as an oolong blend, Brighton Rock has a brand new recipe transforming it into a delicious caffeine-free herbal infusion that brews pink. Brighton Store Manager Danii recommends enjoying our brand new Brighton Rock blend cold brewed in coconut milk for a sweet & creamy treat, or hot for a calming minty brew.

    As one of our store blends 50% of all profits from sales of this blend will be distributed to our London stores chosen chariTEA Cats Protection.

    Ingredients

    Apple Pieces, Rosehip, Peppermint, Beetroot, Sprinkles (sugar, potato starch, maltodextrin, vegetable fat (coconut), colours (E160C paprika, E100 curcumin, E163 anthocyanins, E162 beetroot red), glazing agent (carnauba wax), spirulina extract), Cornflowers, Natural Flavouring

    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 3 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Pleasant for both the taste and the eyes!

    It brews a really pretty pink, and the tea itself is gorgeous. I find that it tastes mostly minty, with hints of sweetness, and it is best cold brewed in either coconut or oat milk! As a Brightonian, this is a 100000/10.
