    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 3 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    A subtle little stunner!

    This tea is quite a gentle, soft character, but the subtle almond undertones are absolutely addictive! It's a very comforting flavour that I crave daily. Incredibly drinkable and very satisfying. It lives up to its name - classic and understated, but it's everything a warming, soothing, relaxing cup of tea should be!

    originally a fav but now tastes rancid

    the vanilla in my second bag has taken on such a pronounced sour note that is prominent as soon as you open the bag and inescapable no matter how it's brewed. my first lot of it was not like this, and this bag was fine in the first few months - but the bag itself, while still sealing properly, has a lot of air bubbles in the two layers that make up the inner and outer layers and i wonder if that has been a contributing factor?

    Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review of Cambridge Classics Tea. I'm sorry to hear about your issues. I've popped you an email to see if there is anything we can do :)

    In terms of the pouch, this can occasionally happen, but please rest assured there’s no cause for concern. Our packaging is fully home compostable and made from paper and plant-based materials such as eucalyptus and corn starch. It will naturally break down into CO₂, water, and biomass.

    Some of the natural oils in our blends can occasionally interact with the inner lining of the pouch, but this won't affect the quality or taste of the tea inside.
