Hi Lottie, thank you so much for your review! White tea is a bit more delicate, and needs to be brewed at 80 degrees for no more than 3 minutes - this means that sometimes the brew can be a bit gentler than the smell! Therefore, we recommend adding another teaspoon or two to get the maximum flavour :)
