Cinnamon-y
"I really do love this matcha, but I do agree with other reviews that the pastry flavour is light, and while id enjoy more of that flavour coming through, I do still genuinely love this matcha! Its so cosy and comforting, its a matcha I reach for a lot, and its just so warming. I really love it! But then, i do love a chai flavour and enjoy cinnamon a lot, so perhaps I miss the pastry flavour a little less than others do (I do miss it, but I can enjoy this tea without the strong pastry flavour, I mean)"
Very small pack and not to my taste
"Sorry to say I was very disappointed with this product. The Match packet is really small, and although the serving is 1 teaspoon not really sure this is 30 servings, also very easy to spill or drop this small packet. The taste also is very bitter compared to other, creamier matcha I have had, and really not to my taste unfortunately. Much prefer Bird & Blend Chai."
Very gritty and the cinnamon doesn’t mix
"I was really excited to try this one as I absolutely love the birthday cake flavour but this is not very nice. The cinnamon doesn’t mix with the matcha at all and just sits at the bottom so when you take a sip you get a mouthful of gritty cinnamon powder! This could use a cinnamon flavouring not actual cinnamon as it’s not enjoyable to drink. However I love birthday cake and I’m sure lots of the other are lovely too x"

"Light cinnamon flavour well balanced ! The matcha comes at the end in a very very light way. However, I would have loved to taste the pastry side, not only cinnamon. It was still nice to drink !"
A nice idea but gritty
"On first taste, it has a nice cinnamon bun flavour. It doesn't seem to matter how you mix it, it's quite gritty and what I assume is the cinnamon powder settles at the bottom of your glass. I would have preferred being able to buy smaller quantities, as I quite like the novelty of the flavour I also find the bag quite annoying, no matter how carefully you open it I feel like you lose a bit of matcha. It would be better if it had a tin or jar. Even if you could buy a generic reusable one that you keep for seasonal releases. I'm still excited for my advent calendar but I would hesitate to buy a bag again."

"I am surprised to see this isn't more popular. It isn't the strongest flavour for sure, but that is fine with me. I don't find the cinnamon overpowering. Funny how peoples taste buds are so different. I love Toasted Marshmallow which will always win for me, but this is a good second in my opinion. I make my shot and then add to hot milk and froth."
