"I normally don't like chamomile or floral teas that you can buy from a supermarket I got some of this in the mystery box and when I tried it I was pleasantly surprised it is delicious hot and as a cold brew. So in summer I have it cold brewed with Lemonade and in winter I have it done with hot water I have some before I go to bed every night. Highly recommend this tea."
