this is a lovely sweet fruity tea - absolutely gorgeous as a cold brew in diet lemonade or cream soda - but it's lovely hot too - you have to be craeful to do it to 80 degrees though.. not 100! the best thing about it is that the white tea leaves a slight tang, making the drink not too sweet when you cold brew. absolutely lovely.
