    Inspired by the moreish British classic - the gingernut biscuit, this matcha combines all the goodness of green tea powder with a lovely subtle warmth from ginger, & a malty biscuit sweetness. What's not to love!

    How to make matcha 4 ways

    How to make a hot matcha

    • Step 1

      1/2 tsp

      Step 2

      Add splash of 80° water

    • bamboo matcha whisking step

      Step 3

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

    • Step 4

      Top up with hot water or milk

    How to make an iced matcha

    • Step 1

    So warming and perfect for winter!

    I hadn't tried bird and blends matcha before but was extremely happy with this one! Its just the right amount of ginger to be warming but not too spicy - exactly what you want this time of year - and you could still get enough of the matcha flavour. It was so cozy to have with a good book and some fluffy bed socks 😊

    Deliciously spiced

    I love it ! It’s a gingernut biscuit in a cup ! It is so warm and perfect for cosy season ! The ginger is there but not too strong, making a nice association with the umami taste of matcha !
