How do you clean this tea tool?

The detachable stainless steel lid and infuser clips off easily & we would recommend washing them by hand in hot soapy water.

Do not use the glass teapot in the microwave or oven.

Large teapot: 2-3 teaspoons. However it is worth playing around and finding your own preference on strength.

Poor design and wooden top warped after a week despite following instructions

Nice tea pot, but bad design and despite reporting this as a defect there’s been no response or acknowledgement from Bird & Blend.
