      Add splash of 80° water

    • bamboo matcha whisking step

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

    • Step 4

      Top up with hot water or milk

    Much prefer the carrot cake matcha!

    Wanted to try something new because I loveeee the carrot cake matcha, but the taste for this hot cross bun one is a bit too strong for me and tastes almost slightly bitter and astringent. Not entirely sure what it is but I wouldn't repurchase it, though I might have a cup or two in-stores. I bought two tins because it smells heavenly, but I much prefer the carrot cake matcha!

    Not for me sadly!

    I find this matcha very strange. It is not for me.

    I don’t think the taste is of hot cross buns. I wouldn’t buy this one again unfortunately.
