    How to make matcha 4 ways

    How to make a hot matcha

    • Step 1

      1/2 tsp

      Add splash of 80° water

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

      Top up with hot water or milk

    The perfect spring-time matcha!

    I love this matcha at this time of year - when the sun starts shining but the mornings still have that slight chill to them that requires a hot drink. Or, when it's out in full force and you want that ice-cream feeling on a walk!
