    Meet Jam Jar Hojicha, brand new this Easter! Sweet dollops of raspberry jam meet the rich, toasty taste of hojicha. The end result? A delightfully satisfying drink that tastes like raspberry jam on buttery toast, especially when enjoyed as a frothy latte.

    Hojicha powder is made from roasted green tea leaves ground into a fine powder. It is a lower caffeine alternative to matcha that can be prepared and enjoyed in a similar way.

      1 matcha tsp

    • tea powder tea pot

      Step 2

      Add splash of 80° water

    • bamboo matcha whisking step

      Step 3

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

      Top up with hot water or milk
