    Inspired by Delia Smith's iconic footy moment comes this fine tea for a fine city. A rooibos tea base blended with Sri Lankan black tea & fenugreek, this tea then has a smattering of sea buckthorn berries to give it a fruity boost. Hearty, fruity and full of depth, just like Norwich.

    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Absolutely delicious

    I tried this in the advent calendar. I absolutely loved it. I’m not usually a fan of black tea but this is just great. It will be a regular purchase now.
