Really lovely glasses but one of them has shattered after a few weeks

I was so sad when my cups broke, especially as I had so carefully brought them from London back to my home country. Unfortunately all it took for the glass to break was placing the cup down a little too hard, the glass cracked and shattered. I love the visual look of these glasses bud due to their fragile nature they are impractical! Very upsetting as I love them, but only lasted 3 days :(
