I have been interested in getting a mint matcha for a while but have always put it off in favour of safer options for me. The tea like taste of the matcha, with some bitterness and green notes actually works really well with the green mint and works with the cocoa taste to give a dark chocolate kind of feel. I'm gutted that I'm so late to the party on this but will be hoping it becomes permanent! I'm not a huge fan of butter mints so have always avoided that one!
