    How to make a hot tea

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 2-4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Delicious but inconsistent

    "I love this tea 95% of the time but for some reason every so often I make a cup that isn't as good as the others. Everything stays the same, steep time, milk type and quantity, same batch of tea, same spoon used to measure but it comes out less sweet and banana-y and more bitter. It's happened 3 times across two different batches so I think it might be just more of some ingredients than others in each spoonful? Regardless it is really nice, one of my favourites I just find it less consistent than other bird and blend teas."
