    We always get asked about teas that may help you sleep - with this in mind, we wanted to create a blend to help you rest your mind & body. A dreamy infusion of rooibos, lavender & lemon, it's the perfect tea to help you drift away on a cloud.

    How to make a hot tea?

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp or tea bag

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    My New Favorite!

    Rooibus is not my favorite tea, but I go caffeine free at night. Sometimes Rooibus is a little overpowering, but I can’t even taste it in this delightful concoction. It has the most Heavenly sweet, creamy lemon flavor with a hint of lavender. I have several B&B favorites, but I think this just bumped Peppermint Cream off my number one spot. (I love Milk Oolong). I just got my order today and have a few more new ones to try, so I’ll be checking back in with more reviews in the days to come.

    Lush

    Never had rooibos before I tried this tea now I make sure I don't run out of this delicious blend.
