Bird & Blend Tea Co. has officially arrived in the landmark city of Newcastle! Our store blend is a smoky black tea paying tribute to the towering Angel of the North. This smoky breakfast blend is inspired by the coal mine at the foot of the Angel of the North, with red peppercorns that call to mind the rusty red colour of the angel.
As one of our store blends 50% of all profits from sales of this blend will go to our Newcastle store's chosen chariTEA The People's Kitchen.

"I've been searching high and low for a black tea that I love - I used to buy a different brand and I've tested a lot of Bird and Blend teas. I love them all but often don't want a ""funky"" tasting tea to go with my breakfast food or with a biscuit. Well. . . A friend brought me this to try and I'm into it! This tea is the perfect ""classic"" style tea. I have it with breakfast. With a biscuit in the afternoon and I take it with me on holiday. Amazing 😍"
