    How to make a hot tea?

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Instant tea flavour gratification!

    I am a two decade fan of Roobois tea but am a Bird&Blend newby. Oh my gosh what wonderful teas. This tea is divine. I make it in my stumpy tea pot and drink from a cup and saucer. This tea is comforting, tasty, fruity, zingy and vanillary. I was worried it would be too sweet but it is not at all. It’s an absolute joy. As a fan of rhubarb and custard I am in tea comfort heaven! Thank you to the team in Exeter.

    Best Tea ever

    This tea is just like a bowl of Rhubarb and Custard, sweet and full of flavor without any caffeine so good at any time of the day.
