    Our oolong brings all the Teabirds to the yard & this oolong is extra special as it is a twist on the traditional Japanese ‘peasant tea’: Genmaicha. Which means 'popped rice tea'.

    Chinese Ti Guan Yin Oolong, Chinese Green Tea, Toasted Rice, Apple Pieces, Rosehip, Japanese Sencha Green Tea, Calendula Petals, Natural Flavouring

    How to make a hot tea

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 80°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 3 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      Without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Breathtakingly beautiful

    Rice in tea? Who knew! But it gives it a popcorn flavour. And the oolong is a well-rounded tea. Makes me feel like I’m drinking something traditional and wholesome.
