    Bird & Blend Tea Co. has officially arrived in the vibrant city of Sheffield! Our store blend is a black tea with coconut & colourful flowers with a hint of liquorice, just like a bag of the city’s classic confectionery. Bertie Bassett has a new friend in BerTEA Bassett!

    As one of our store blends 50% of all profits from sales of this blend will go to our Sheffield store's chosen chariTEA Sheffield Retired Greyhounds.

    Ingredients

    Sri Lankan Black Tea, Aniseed, Desiccated Coconut, Liquorice, Sunflower Petals, Cornflowers, Natural Flavouring

    Build A Tasting Box

    Build your own flavourful tea box by adding multiple loose leaf tea pouches for you to try a bit of everything at home!

     Build your bundle

    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Tea Mixologist Top Tip

    It tastes great hot without milk or try it with a dash of coconut milk. In hot weather It would be lovely cold brewed.

    From my birth town!

    I couldn’t resist ordering this one and I’m glad I did. The name is obviously aimed at the Bassetts connection and my father used to work there so it was a no brainer really. I was so pleased that the charity that was chosen was for the Sheffield Retired Greyhounds. The greyhound track sits right next to Bassetts so it was really thought through about the name of the tea and the charity chosen!

    Beautiful

    All round beautiful tea, looks very pretty, smells amazing and tastes wonderful, sweet, coconutty and liquoricy!!! reminds me of the blue and pink allsorts with the liquorice in the middle. Also, really settles my tummy if i get indigestion or reflux!! love it.
