Would be nice as a marinade or baked into breads

Herbal and savoury, like thyme marinade or meat rub. Would probably be nice to add to a sauce, gravy or seasoning for a roast dinner. It might also be nice baked into breads or to make a tea loaf. However I did not like to drink it as a tea

Not for me

Was so looking forward to trying this blend. I expected more lemon in the taste but the thyme was a bit too overpowering for me. Ideal for those looking for a more savoury brew I’d say, just not for me.
