    "First time I have tried loose leaf tea. Bought the mug to try and it's perfect. I use a spoonful of the tea ( spoon also purchased from the same site) leave it in there for 4 minutes to brew with the lid on. Take the lid off and put the silver insert in the lid , whilst I go and drink my Buttermint brew ( side note , the best flavour ever! ) No mess, hassle free and brews the perfect cuppa. X"
