I love the sweeter matcha that bird and blend produce. Unfortunately, this one has very little scent or taste to it. There is at a push a semi sweet after taste but no marshmallow or ‘toasted’ vibes (for lack of a better word) It is a shame, because I know the matcha the company does can be brilliant and have the lovely fragrance and taste. So sorry. Hopefully the next purchase is a more positive experience."

"I got this last year and really enjoyed it. This is sweet without being over sweet and still keeping a nice matcha taste. I'm so glad I kept my tin from last year though. I make a real mess with the little bags so please keep the tins! Maybe we could have some seasonal ones like the tea caddies?"

"I really enjoyed this matcha but there is not a super strong marshmallow flavour. I wouldn’t pick it over my favourite two matchas (birthday cake and butter mint) but worth a try."
