A cold brrew revelation

"I had planned to take this into the office, and drink it as my normal hot brew. Tgen May'd heat heat. . . . And changed my plans. I decided to make it as an iced tea as a well know ready made brand puts too much sugar in their “tea” and it’s like drinking coloured sugar syrup. The scent from the dry tea was gentle – and intriguing. . Slightly herbal with a sweet undertone. I wasn’t sure I’d like the tea until I tried the cold brew. . . I was amazed. Gentle flavour, with the sweet note that I had smelt in the dry form, and none of the caffeine to mess my sleep up. Would I buy it again? Yes – in a heartbeat!"

Great as a cold brew, not great hot

"As a cold brew it tastes delightfully caramel. Hot, it tastes far too salty. I think that's an inevitability with loose leaf tea, though, some cups you're bound to get a bit too much salt and in this case the salt was in small crystal form so clumped together, and the salt dissolved in the hot water so it overpowered the sweetness. Lovely smell and would definitely recommend it cold, but not for someone looking for a soothing caramel cuppa in the morning. The creme brulé one satisfied that for me though!"

Not for me

"Was excited to try this as I loooove Werther's Originals. Doesn't quite hit the mark for me, not sure what it is - maybe too artificially sweet? I've tried with milk as normal and as a tea latte, and unfortunately it's just fine for me. Won't be reaching for it"

"One of my favourites that I’ve tried so far. It’s very pleasant and drinkable. Sweet but not too sweet, and has the vibe of werthers originals which are a favourite. Nice without milk but better with. 8/10"
