Vanilla ice cream. What screams British summer time more than that? Maybe an ice cream float? Well, we've given both of them a tea-inspired makeover! Our brand new Smooth Vanilla Rooibos Tea Powder is magic in a mug. Combine it with a scoop of ice cream? It's what dreams are made of.

Smooth Vanilla Rooibos Tea Latte Vanilla Ice Cream Float

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Put 1 Perfect Matcha Spoon of Smooth Vanilla Rooibos Tea Powder into a small bowl or cup.
  2. Add 50ml of boiling water. Use a Bamboo Matcha Whisk or Milk Frother to whisk the powder vigorously in a 'W' motion until it is completely smooth.
  3. Place a scoop (or two if you fancy!) of vanilla ice cream into a glass.
  4. Pour the tea shot directly over the ice cream, then top up with oat milk.
  5. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  6. Enjoy!

Pro tip: Use the Matcha Latte Magic Whisk to make a Smooth Vanilla Rooibos Tea latte & pour it over the ice cream, then add your garnishes. Et voila!
