Vanilla ice cream. What screams British summer time more than that? Maybe an ice cream float? Well, we've given both of them a tea-inspired makeover! Our brand new Smooth Vanilla Rooibos Tea Powder is magic in a mug. Combine it with a scoop of ice cream? It's what dreams are made of.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 Perfect Matcha Spoon of Smooth Vanilla Rooibos Tea Powder
- 50ml boiling water
- A scoop of vanilla ice cream
- Oat milk
- Cocoa powder
WHAT TO DO:
- Put 1 Perfect Matcha Spoon of Smooth Vanilla Rooibos Tea Powder into a small bowl or cup.
- Add 50ml of boiling water. Use a Bamboo Matcha Whisk or Milk Frother to whisk the powder vigorously in a 'W' motion until it is completely smooth.
- Place a scoop (or two if you fancy!) of vanilla ice cream into a glass.
- Pour the tea shot directly over the ice cream, then top up with oat milk.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- Enjoy!
Pro tip: Use the Matcha Latte Magic Whisk to make a Smooth Vanilla Rooibos Tea latte & pour it over the ice cream, then add your garnishes. Et voila!
