    Really great seasonal Chai

"Love the new blend. Much more depth and spice which definitely is more of a chai and a stronger tea flavour. I do think it’s a bit misleading to not have this listed as a new blend though, and keep all the previous reviews etc. I think a fresh listing would make more sense and signal just how different this blend is. Also I’m sad there’s no Halloween sprinkles anymore."

    Lovely Spiced Chai

"I really like this blend. I love a chai so was pretty confident this would be a win. The tin is so cute too! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I recently tried the original Pumpkin Pie blend and actually preferred it which surprised me!"

    — Louise (4/5)

Please bring back the wonderful Spiced Pumpkin PIE

"I bought this tea because I love the Spiced Pumpkin Pie version and the description said it was supposed to taste the same but stronger, but it’s absolutely nothing like it! Please bring back the wonderful Spiced Pumpkin Pie. The taste isn't bad, but it bears no resemblance to the original Spiced Pumpkin Pie. I would have stocked up last year if I had known it would no longer be sold."

    — Marie w. (2/5)

    Nowhere near as good

"Every year I looked forward to the spiced pumpkin chai, but I'm really disappointed by the new blend. The orange definitely makes it feel more festive rather than autumnal, and as a tea it is fine, just not what I was hoping for. Also really miss the little pumpkin sprinkles, they were so cute!"

    — Hannah C. (2/5)

    Found it weird

"First, my go to teas are not chai teas, so maybe this is a "me" issue not a "tea" issue. I didn't taste apple , tasted some cardamon, and wasn't sure what the flavor was supposed to be. I think I prefer a little more streamlined black tea type flavor."

    — Jen W. (3/5)

    Autumn in a mug

"This tea tastes and smells amazing 🤩. It’s perfect on its own and with added oat milk. The taste of apple is just delicious. I will definitely be stocking up on this blend šŸ šŸŽ šŸ«–ā˜•ļø"

    — Lorna B. (5/5)

It‘s ok but the one from last year was bettee

"I can understand the decision to launch a new version. What I do not understand, however, is why the previous recipe, which was so delicious last year and clearly very popular, was removed from the range altogether. In my view, the original recipe should remain available even when new versions are introduced. This would allow customers to decide for themselves which version they prefer to purchase."

    — Rachel G. (2/5)

    I miss the old recipe!

"Unfortunately this new recipe is a complete miss for me :( The last few years this tea has been my favourite and I’ve looked forward to it every year but this new recipe is not the same. It’s bitter and too citrusy and doesn’t have the adorable Halloween sprinkles anymore :("

    — Keris T. (1/5)

    Sweet & warming

"A beautiful autumnal tea when you need a pick up. Its not too hot & spicy just gently warming & you can really taste the maple. I am pleasantly surprised how much I'm enjoying this tea as its not something I would normally choose. Glad I took a chance because its really good."

    — Joanne D. (5/5)

    If it ain't broke. . .

"Bought this in August, waited for an autumnal morning to enjoy and was very disappointed with this new adaptation. It's nothing like the original Spiced Pumpkin Pie tea, it's lacking on flavour, and what little there is, it's like a generic supermarket chai that relies on lots of ginger. Baby Spice is the closest you'll get to the original. If you're a fan of SPP and you buy this, treat it as if it's a completely different tea to avoid disappointment."
