    There's nothing like a slice of lightly spiced carrot cake with heaps of creamy frosting on top - delicious! This matcha combines all these flavours with the goodness of Japanese green tea powder for a truly scrumptious taste. This makes a fantastic latte with oat milk.

    How to make a hot matcha

    • matcha measuring spoon

      Step 1

      1/2 tsp

    • matcha water temperature

      Step 2

      Add splash of 80° water

    • matcha bamboo whisk

      Step 3

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

    • hot cup on matcha

      Step 4

      Top up with hot water or milk

    How to make iced matcha

    • matcha measuring spoon

      Step 1

      1/2 tsp

    • matcha water temperature

      Pour on top of ice with water, lemonade or milk

    Carrot cake bliss!

    I purchased the carrot cake matcha tea and honestly, the best matcha I’ve tried. It’s been a journey to find a great matcha and this is by far the best one. The carrot cake flavour adds a subtle sweetness, making matcha lattes absolutely delicious! Love that it comes in a convenient tin. Outstanding customer service also and a real personal touch with a personalised note. Will absolutely be purchasing more from Bird & Blend and highly recommend this brand.

    Super yummy!

    Ive have many matchas from Bird&Blend but this is close to taking top spot! Especially with oat milk as a latte, it really tastes like a very tasty carrot cake and perfect for easter/spring.
