I always start out smelling the teas and this smelt so amazing I just ‘had’ to eat it. Now that says something - who ‘eats’ tea? I was not disappointed, amazing flavours, I couldn’t wait to brew a cup. Not sure if what I do is the way it was intended, but after a little trial and error, I’ve established how I get that amazing flavour into a cup (without all the gritty bits left after my trial ‘eat’). Put a couple of spoonfuls of the mixture into a deep metal cup sieve (B&B have this on their site), pour half a cup of hot water in, allow to brew, remove sieve and then fill up with hot milk. I did try all hot milk, but it wasn’t as intense. Enjoy the lovely wintery spices.
