      Add splash of 80° water

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

      Top up with hot water or milk

    Not as advertised

    I purchased a tin of this yesterday from their physical shop, however the colour looked brown when I opened it and it tasted like dishwater. I had it in the advent calander and it was lovely, but this time it didn't taste or look like matcha at all. The salted caramel on their website says it has 80 % matcha in it, but on the tin I had it said there was only 48 % matcha. I don't know if the shop sold me an old batch or if they've changed their recipe, but it's now more cocoa than actual matcha.
