What’s new in black tea?

Say hello to…

Creme Brulee:

I’ve got a new name! Goodbye Butter Brew, hello Creme Brulee. We’re really pleased to be bestowing a brand new name that better reflects the rich, sweet decadence of this delicious blend. It’s the same much-loved recipe, with a new name we hope you love too.

What’s new in pu’erh tea?

We’re delighted to be welcoming Pu’erh back to the Tea Wall. Pu’erh has been quietly in the background in our The Digester blend, classed as an oolong & now a Pu'erh! But with the return of another fan fave blend, it’s time to give pu’erh its moment in the sun & we’re delighted to be (re)introducing it as a category all of its own.

Pu’erh is a unique, fermented tea from China with a smooth, earthy & mellow flavour. Thanks to the benefits of the fermentation process, it’s thought that Pu’erh tea can help with digestion and so is often enjoyed after a meal or when you’re feeling a little full. Our Pu’erh blends offer that perfect balance of delicious flavour with a tea that does good, too!

So, alongside Digester in the pu’erh category, you’ll now also find…

Fire & Ice:

I’m back with a new name! Previously known as Winter is Coming, fiery ginger & warming chilli work in harmony with cool peppermint to harness the power within. This complex & delicious blend will help you weather any storm.

What’s new in herbal infusions?

Bedknobs & Broomsticks:

I’m new here! This blend was previously our store special for London Portobello, but it’s proven to be so popular we want Teabirds far & wide to be able to enjoy it. It’s fruity & herbal, with apple, chamomile, lavender & rose. This blend will transport you straight into a blissful English country garden, especially when cold brewed in lemonade.

Spearmint Toothpaste:

I’m new! Yes - really! You know we love a spin on a minty tea (who remembers Mint Sauce?!), and this one is no different. It’s a minty fresh, fluoride-free spearmint blend with a subtle sweetness that will leave you feeling refreshed with a toothy grin. Ahhh!

Spa Day:

I’m new! We wanted to bring you a relaxing herbal blend here for moments of calm & self-care throughout the day, not just at sleepy time. This tea is quite simply a pamper day in a cup, with calming lemon balm, ginger & eucalyptus. Go on, you deserve it!

No herbals will be leaving us!
