    How to brew a hot Spiced Pumpkin Tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      2 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 2-4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to make a spiced pumpkin pie latte

      Add 3 tsp to 300ml 100 water

    • tea brewing time

      Step 2

      Wait for 4 mins to brew

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 3

      Heat 150ml milk & whisk until foamy

      Add the milk to your cup of tea

    Tea Mixologist Top Tip

    Heat two heaped tsp of sticky chai in one cup of milk (any milk will work) on the stove, stirring whilst it heats up. Or pop in the microwave for 2 mins - be careful not to burn! See full latte recipe here.

    Comforting and yummy

    This is the first time I tried sticky chai and really enjoyed it. I made it with hot milk on the stove (which I recommend, I found it didn't seem to mix as well when I tried the microwave instructions).

    My only complaint is that this isn't sold in larger jars! I like to make a tall latte mug's worth and it goes fairly quickly after a few of those.

    Recommended for a cosy, not-too-sweet tasty treat as the weather starts to turn.

    OMG! My favourite Bird & Blend tea ever!

    I thought I’d already picked my favourite Bird & Blend tea, then I tried Spiced Pumpkin Pie Sticky Chai. I made it into a chai latte following the instructions on the packaging and it tasted absolutely amazing! I’m having to ration myself to a cup a day, but it’s hard going! It’s everything a chai should be, but with bells on!
