    How to cold brew tea

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Add 750ml cold water

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    I am so sorry that this is how you are finding your tea, Barbara - rather than peppery, it is meant to be a floral brew, which is also gorgeous cold brewed in lemonade! I have dropped you an email to see if there is anything we can do :)
