    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Add 5-6 tsp of loose leaf tea into your Cold Brew Tea Bottle.

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water or your liquid of choice.

    Never stopped using it since bought

    "I initially thought: why would I need a specific bottle to make cold tea? But in fact it's the best idea ever. This bottle has a small strainer attached to the cap, so I can use loose leaf tea and pour it from the bottle without worrying too much. The strainer could be removed (just twist and turn) so all parts are easy to wash. My fave is Pink Grapefruit tea! Mojitea is also good, I just need to add a few drops of honey to contrast the bitterness of the mint and lime. Perfect in hot weather!"

    "I love the bottle and the teas I beautiful. I chose the fruit teas. I ordered these as I can take any caffeine. I found out a few days later there is a store near me and so visited and brought more teas.     "Easy to use, works with all the teas I tried so far without leaving grit in the bottom of my glass, which has been my experience with other brands. Super simple to clean. You have to pour into a cup and can’t drink straight from the bottle, but that’s fine - I also decant it into my insulated bottles and drink it cold throughout the day. It’s glass so not practical if you want to carry it around all day/to work/school. What else is there to say? It’s perfect for my needs!"

    "The filter isn’t very secure in the rubber top and often falls out whilst pouring letting the loose items fall into the drink. The flavour of the tea isn’t very strong and tastes quite watery even if brewed for longer / at a stronger concentration."

    Smash bottle

    "I loved this product when I bought it and was looking forward to making lots of cold brew. However within the week it had smashed. I keep the bottle in the fridge overnight as recommended and the next day took it out ready to use. The lid slipped straight off and due to the bottle being made of glass immediately smashed. Extremely disappointed that I now have to buy a whole new set. I am thinking of just making the tea separately and transferring, which is a shame as I was so pleased."

    I left the tea and cold water in this bottle overnight but it still tasted mostly flavourless, so I left it longer and even after 24 hours it just tasted of water with a very mild, planty taste. I used the hello kitty tea, I thought it would be sweeter? Am I doing something wrong?
    Hi Lori! For a nicely infused and concentrated cold brew, we'd recommend using at least 5-6 teaspoons for a bottle of this size. (If you like your tea super strong you can use as many as 8-10 teaspoons, depending on taste!)
